Project Manager – Aviation Market Segment (8+ years exp.)

We are currently accepting resumes from qualified project managers with previous consulting experience to work in our Aviation Market Segment. Individuals will perform and manage efforts in planning, design, permitting, and construction administration phases of a variety of technically challenging projects. Site Development market segment client base includes but are not limited to: industrial, commercial, residential, and resort/hospitality.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

• Manages Design Team, client communications, and coordination, as well as budget and schedule monitoring
• Performs assignments designed to develop professional work knowledge and abilities requiring application of standard techniques, procedures, and criteria in carrying out a sequence of related engineering tasks.
• Preparation of studies and reports
• Preparation of plans, specifications, schedules, budgets, and cost estimates
• Detailed design engineering
• Site investigations and construction administration
• Identification and management of client deliverables and expectations
• May require up to 30% travel

Qualifications:

• 8+ years related experience in consulting engineering
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from ABET accredited university
• GA PE required
• Aptitude for learning and applying inter-discipline skills in a diverse project environment
• Airport & Landside Project Management experience
• Airport & Landside Project Engineering experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Commitment to customer service
• Must be extremely dependable, responsible, and flexible with a strong work ethic.
• Must be resourceful and able to communicate with a high-level of professionalism with clients, sub-consultants, and office staff
• Software:
  • Proficiency: Project Scheduling (MS Project/Primavera P3)
