| Centex Homes, the nation’s largest homebuilder, has turned to Prime to meet its demanding quality standards and aggressive schedule in the Atlanta area. The resulting partnership has successfully undertaken 23 large-scale residential development projects since 2004, including Glenbrooke Cove (68.2 acres), Donaldson Drive (26 acres), Victoria Station (19 acres), Kings Lake Subdivision (18.4 acres), and Austin Avenue (12.1 acres).
Residential developments range across counties including DeKalb, Cobb, Gwinnett, Fulton, Bartow, and Cherokee, as well as the City of Austell. Despite having to meet accelerated deadlines on many projects, Prime Engineering has accomplished all design, engineering, and construction tasks within project parameters. This is largely due to Prime’s familiarity with both Centex Homes’ procedures and the municipalities in which sites are built and permitted.
Prime has provided services including lot layouts; concept plans; grading plans; utilities design including stormwater, sanitary sewer, and waterline networks; construction documents; floodplain and erosion control plans; zoning and rezoning expertise; and permitting.
