Dynamic Metal Loft Sweet Auburn District, Atlanta, Georgia Client Challenge: Construct new residential–loft condominiums within a restricted budget.   PRIME Solution: Prime Engineering provided civil design and permitting services to meet the City of Atlanta standards in addition to providing value engineering to reduce costs in order to enhance the Performa. As sub-consultant to Turner & Associates, Prime Engineering provided engineering services for the proposed Dynamic Metal Lofts to be constructed in the Sweet Auburn District of Atlanta, Georgia.  Services involve the development of a 1.66-acre site to accommodate a free standing facility built between Edgewood Ave. and Auburn Ave.  Scope includes the demolition of existing building/parking facility on the parcel and accommodating the following: Topographic survey Water, electric, gas, sanitary sewer and storm sewer utility services including plans and profiles Hydrology study Preparation of site construction documents Permitting services Construction administration Roll over thumbnail to view picture
