Coca-Cola Distribution & Production Center College Park, Georgia Client Challenge: The client needed to provide plant expansion to existing facility without interrupting existing production and processes.   PRIME Solution: Prime provided complete design services from the initial site master planning phase through completion of the construction phase.  Multiple phases were required through the implementation of the expansion program to maintain operations and material flow.  The overall plant experienced no shut downs through the duration of the expansion.  The total project expansion program included a 140,000sf addition, increased dock capacity, administrative areas and visitor access.  Prime Engineering, Inc. provided full architectural and engineering design services for this plan expansion located in College Park, Georgia.  Design expertise was required for both site and facility requirements.  The site design included providing complete civil engineering services for the master plan, grading, drainage, utility infrastructure, rail access, fencing, paving for both vehicular and truck access, parking and security. The facility design included providing complete architectural, structural, HVAC, plumbing, fire protection and electrical services.  Design services provided expansion and renovation for employee and visitor areas, administrative areas, warehouse, distribution, and office areas as well as coordination with the exterior site amenities and master plan.  Construction administrative support was provided throughout the construction phase and expansion implementation for this project.  Roll over thumbnail to view picture
