Coca-Cola Warehouse & Sales Center Expansion Sandston, Virginia Client Challenge: Coca-Cola Enterprises (CCE) needed to expand the existing bottling facility to take advantage of existing growth projections and adjacent owned property.  The needed a flexible development program in case capital funding was re-appropriated during the development cycle.  Additionally, CCE needed basis and design criteria documents for utilization in soliciting design-build contractors for a two-phased expansion.   PRIME Solution: Prime provided architectural and engineering design services for the development of the basis of design criteria on this multi-phase project.  These documents were utilized for soliciting design-build contractors to complete a warehouse expansion, rail car facility relocation, new sales center and a fleet maintenance building expansion.  Prime provided technical review and support for our client throughout the whole process for continuity and conformance to the design criteria. Prime Engineering, Inc. provided architectural and enginering design services for the development of a 27-acre expansion of an existing bottling, warehouse, and rail car unloading facility.
