Coca-Cola Enterprises (CCE) needed to expand the existing bottling facility to take advantage of existing growth projections and adjacent owned property. The needed a flexible development program in case capital funding was re-appropriated during the development cycle. Additionally, CCE needed basis and design criteria documents for utilization in soliciting design-build contractors for a two-phased expansion. |

Prime provided architectural and engineering design services for the development of the basis of design criteria on this multi-phase project. These documents were utilized for soliciting design-build contractors to complete a warehouse expansion, rail car facility relocation, new sales center and a fleet maintenance building expansion. Prime provided technical review and support for our client throughout the whole process for continuity and conformance to the design criteria. |
Prime Engineering, Inc. provided architectural and enginering design services for the development of a 27-acre expansion of an existing bottling, warehouse, and rail car unloading facility.
Construction scope of work includes:
Program Phase 1
- 138,000 SF Warehouse expansion
- Relocation of existing 800 ft +/- rail spur and rail car offloading facility
- Expansion of paved area
- Modify existing truck and vehicle routing and parking area
Program Phase 2
- Development of West parcel
- New sales center
- Expanded truck and vehicle parking
- New facility access location and truck routing scheme
