Alison Chadwell, PE, PTOE, LEED AP has come aboard as Department Head – Civil/Site and Senior Project Manager in the Cincinnati office of Prime’s Facilities & Transportation Department. Alison has 23 years of experience and steadily increasing responsibility as a project manager overseeing large-scale engineering and construction management projects.

Alison’s extensive background in aviation and transportation includes acting as owner’s project manager for planning and design approval and construction oversight of projects including air cargo hubs; aircraft maintenance hangars; roadway and intersection development, extension, and widening; parking lots; and stormwater master planning at Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG). She has also served as a construction manager and process engineer on large-scale facility and infrastructure design projects at CVG.

Prior to working for CVG, Alison had an 18-year career as a consulting engineer delivering designs and construction administration services for the US Air National Guard, Federal Bureau of Prisons, Rite Aid, McDonalds, Dermody Properties, VanTrust Real Estate, Duke Realty, Hemmer Construction, JM Smucker Company, and the Kentucky Department of Transportation, as well as multiple residential developments. This wide array of project types makes her an ideal leader for the Civil/Site business unit.
