Prime’s Architecture Department provides designs and leadership to an array of municipal, industrial, and corporate building projects ranging from interior architecture to large-scale aviation projects. Our architects and designers collaborate with all aspects of Prime’s portfolio, from Industrial to Transportation to Municipal clients. These projects require each of us to interact with clients, work with clients to develop solutions, and successfully execute projects to ensure client success.

Job Duties
- Collaborate with architecture/engineering disciplines on moderate to complex projects.
- Develop conceptual design presentations and detailed construction documents.
- Meet with clients, consultants, and general contractors throughout the course of a project.
- Manage project production schedules including input on budgets and staffing.
- Contribute to the professional development of junior staff, including technical training.
- Work closely with clients and stakeholders to meet their planning and design requirements.
- Employ leadership skills, such as team-building and delegation, to motivate teams and make decisions critical to a project’s success.
Qualifications
- 7-15 years of architectural experience, including production and consultant coordination
- Professional degree in Architecture or related field (preferred)
- Proven ability to manage project schedules and meet production deadlines
- Proficiency with building code requirements and navigating the permitting process
- Proficiency with Revit (required) and AutoCAD (strongly preferred)
- Architectural registration is not required, but is a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
