Prime Engineering, Inc. is currently seeking a Senior Civil Engineer to join our office in Atlanta, GA, Pittsburg, PA, Huntington, WV, or Cincinnati, OH offices who specialize in providing solutions for civil site design in the residential, commercial, aviation, industrial, and municipal markets.
Job Duties:
- Manage projects including technical quality, people, process, cost, and schedule.
- Collaborate with other engineering/architecture disciplines on complex projects.
- Prepare design documents, specifications, and cost estimates.
- Detailed design engineering.
- Prepare studies and reports.
- Site investigations and construction administration.
- Identify and manage client deliverables and expectations.
- Permitting and coordination with federal, state, and local municipalities.
- Communicate with a high-level of professionalism with clients, sub-consultants, and office staff.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of engineering consulting experience
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- PE preferred, EIT required
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and AutoCAD Civil 3D, Hydraflow or equivalent hydrology software.
- Project experience with: Pavement design and rehabilitation; Site grading and drainage; Hydraulics; Utilities; Water quality; Water and sewer; Stormwater; Permitting; and site layout.
