Since Prime’s beginning, Prime has always considered a robust internship program among its highest priorities. Our President Tom Gambino is adamant that Prime’s strongest selling point is its people. That being the case, recruiting the right people into our culture through internship is integral to our mission. As the economy recovers from COVID and Prime expands its footprint and capabilities across the US, we are elated to have several interns transition to full-time Prime employees.
- Joshua Blatt has joined Prime as a Project Engineer. While a recent Mechanical Engineering graduate of Marshall University, Josh had a lengthy tenure as an intern during which he worked on projects for Nestlé Purina Petcare, SunCoke Energy, and F.H. Paschen. Now, having chosen to launch his career at Prime, Josh continues to leverage his talent and knowledge of Prime’s processes as a full-time professional.
- Aaron Midkiff has also accepted a position as a Project Engineer after a productive internship with Prime. Another Marshall University alum, Aaron earned a degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, a specialty that dovetails perfectly with Prime’s increasing focus on the electrical engineering discipline. During his internship and beyond, Aaron has made valuable contributions on projects for Foth Infrastructure & Environment, Englewood Enterprises, and others.
- Samuel Wood likewise bolsters Prime’s electrical engineering capabilities, adding to the array of young Project Engineers in the Industrial Department. Graduating from Marshall University with a degree in Electrical Engineering, Sam worked as a Prime intern on projects for Hardin Street Marine LLP, Delta Air Lines, and Buckeye Partners, among other clients.
- And, four for four, Prime gains the full-time services of Keegan Alloway as a Project Engineer. A graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, Keegan interned in Prime’s Pennsylvania branch, earning a degree in Mechanical Engineering while contributing to projects for MarkWest Energy Partners, TransMontaigne Partners LP, and other clients.
With knowledge of Prime’s procedures and clientele gained from years of internship, these employees have advanced into the role of post-collegiate professionals. Welcome aboard, and keep up the good work.
