In a time of historic uncertainty, illness, and financial trauma, Prime Engineering has achieved unprecedented success in its 30th-anniversary year.
- In July, Prime received awards in two categories from Zweig Group as one of the Best Firms To Work For. It received a third-place award among companies with 50-99 employees and a sixth-place award for multidisciplinary firms.
- In August, Prime was certified as one of the Great Places to Work by the company whose research Fortune Magazine uses to develop its many awards, including 100 Best Companies to Work For. 94% of Prime employees said that the firm is a great place to work.
- In December, Tom Gambino, Prime’s President, was voted one of the Most Admired CEOs in Atlanta by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. This prestigious award recognizes CEOs who are established leaders with a strong record of innovation in their field, outstanding financial performance, a track record of quality, a strong vision, a commitment to diversity in the workplace, and contributions to the metro Atlanta community.
The firm is also on track to record a string of financial and operational successes.
How has Prime accomplished this?
To quote Tom, “great work begets great work.” Client reviews of Prime’s service, reliability, and quality—as measured by an annual survey of each client—reveal a notable increase in client satisfaction. In return, almost every major client—from Amazon and Delta Air Lines to Coca-Cola and UPS—has continued to allocate work to Prime.
“As we prepare to turn the page on a year many wish we could have skipped altogether, we have achieved historic success for our firm on our 30th anniversary,” said Gambino. “I remain steadfast in my belief that our people are Prime’s most distinguishing characteristic. All of them allow Prime to compete, succeed, and excel on complex projects. In successfully designing and executing them, they drive operational and financial success for our clients and for ourselves.
“The talent we have is no accident,” continued Gambino. “We set extremely high expectations and, in doing so, give considerable flexibility to our leadership and staff, allowing them to bring innovative and business-savvy solutions to the challenges they tackle.”
